SHIPPING & DUTIES

We offer international shipping to selected destinations worldwide.

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the final price.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €300.

For orders below €300, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

France: 2–4 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–6 business days
United States: 3–5 business days
Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched from France within 2–4 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped with trusted international couriers.

Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are delighted with your Michaela Buerger piece.

If your order is not quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Selected pieces may occasionally be offered as custom or made-to-order. These items are always clearly indicated on the product page.

Because such pieces are crafted specifically upon request, they are not eligible for refunds. Size exchanges may be offered subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

European Union

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Outside the European Union

Returns must be sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred upon return may be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
