ALM – Alpine Landscape Vest

A little world in wool, made over more than 40 hours of handwork. The ALM vest tells an Alpine story across its front and back: clouds above the mountains, a farmhouse among the trees, sheep in the meadow, and a second pastoral scene on the reverse.

Hand-knitted in 100% merino wool, the landscape is built stitch by stitch using intarsia. A few details are embroidered by hand, giving the scene the character of a piece made to be looked at closely, worn often and kept for years.

Craftsmanship

The many colours and motifs are worked into the knit using intarsia. Select details are then embroidered by hand, giving the landscape the small variations and character of handwork.
